Oh… Why its happening only with me? Why am I only…. Pain………………..

Thought remains in mind every time….. Why am I only suffering…. Rest every one around is enjoying life….

Its general human tendency in tough times, We pray for good times only, happiness. But we are afraid of complications…. Why?

Our mind is already being programmed for seeking everything good around. So, if anything adverse happens, we get upset. We get feared because we have so many expectations in life, for which we already have planned and anything in mid-way happens, it will be like diversion, which feels like non- digestible to us. Moreover, Lure for a smooth & luxurious life never let us to understand the reality till anything tragic happens.

When any tragedy happens, Our nervous system stops working. We are totally focused on tragedy/problem occurred, which ultimately attracts more negative waves from universe. For Instance, If we take any step out of comfort zone at first instance and some tragedy happens and our mind is not balanced, then We take back our steps. We never try to understand the Universal laws of creation. Where in law of creation, existing fruitless/baseless practices are to be replaced by new one and till the final development, there remains immense scope for modifications, ups & downs. Life is itself life, till end We learn new things and embrace changes. Because only thing permanent in this world is change. If we stop learning, it’s like odorous river water which stopped flowing.

Pain is actually twists in life towards betterment, which enforces us to understand. Here, are two ways to cope up- Positive & Negative. Negative is We stuck on problem, crying, blaming others and moved back into comfort zone. Rather positive one is We focus on solution, analyze the root cause of problem, take responsibility in a bold manner to improve. We can’t escape just by blaming others, anything happens with us in that situation both external & internal factors are responsible for that tragedy. We can’t control External factors like Society, Relationships etc. We can just try to avoid any of external factor to contribute into a tragedy. On the other side, Internal Factors are our own views, values, behaviors, thoughts, ego etc. which are totally in our own control. Very cause for pain is — Life itself gives us small signs from time to time. It’s upon us to understand them and upgrade ourselves. But most of us keep ignoring the same. We hardly try to understand the meaning of these signs. Its stage of conservatism, Where we ignore upcoming new light of change in lieu of our old feudal thoughts & values. Here Internal factors are not developing in line with External factors, which is a situation of imbalance, which later shapes into a tragedy.

Reality is- Every Individual in this world is having his/her own bucket of problems. Some like to share with others, others not. Because if there is no problem in any persons’ life, then there is no existence of life. Because life itself is a journey of soul towards the end path to almighty. In order to reach there, soul in various costumes will do jobs, some good or bad karmas will be under soul’s accountability, which has to burn during this journey of soul. More pains means more karmas are burnt in this lifetime, which is a positive sign and along with, Shaping our Strong Identity.

Pain is not to shatter us, rather its to shape our identity and Pain is temporary and lesson from it are forever. It’s like Gold undergoes many harsh processes in order to conversion into a beautiful necklace, heat is like pains in our life, which is time being. After being shaped up, there is no heat. Rather a beautiful design/identity, which is applauded by all. Time interval between melting to shaped up, there requires a lot of patience, perseverance, resistance. If we win over own self, We have actually developed in true sense and we are efficient enough to conquer the pains occurring in life.

More Pains, More the Inner Development & Upliftment
